Founded in 1967 by Everett Scheflow to provide civil and sanitary engineering for Elgin and surrounding areas, the firm has since expanded to offer additional services in construction management, structural analysis & design, environmental engineering, surveying services, and site planning & design. Scheflow Engineers is a proud locally-owned small business that values the relationships with its customers above all else. The firm has been headed by Frank Cuda, PE, since 1993, and it maintains a core expertise in the areas of transportation & roadway systems, water system planning, design engineering, and stormwater management.
