Scheflow Engineers has designed urban and residential subdivisions and business parks throughout the Chicagoland, Rockford, and DeKalb areas. The scale of our work is both large and small. Projects include multi-million dollar developments consisting of utility systems and urban pavement design, as well as small country subdivisions that utilize well and septic systems.
